OK, well.... I'll wait until you swap out your athalon II for your quad phenom 1. Then you'll edit all of these posts and we'll discuss it like super suave mature tea drinkers. (totally not edited by Tindog 4realz)

You should find this relevant to your interests. www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Hwdz0__chU&fmt=22He's running DDR3 and you're only going to be running DDR2 but none the less I am hoping for this kind of performance on your system when we are finished. After this we will want to hold out for a mid ranged card early 2011 from the Radeon 6000 series. I'm assuming it will be the 6770 for around $150.00, which will be the next generation of this DX11 card.(One Six pin connector required for power)

L4D2 recommended specs:
Recommended:
Supported OS: Windows® 7 / Vista / Vista64 / XP Processor: Intel core 2 duo 2.4GHz Memory: 1 GB for XP / 2GB for Vista Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible video card with Shader model 3.0. NVidia 7600, ATI X1600 or better Hard Drive: At least 7.5 GB of free space Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
So as you can see everything about your system is higher then their recommendations.

Wednesday and Friday are my days off next week. The earlier you can get me your parts the better. It'll most likely be friday, because of school, that way if needs be I can spend the night there working on it.
