I am just taking inventory on what I should get for my comp over time. one of the ones I am going to get fairly soon should be a fan. so, here are some I'm looking at:

Internet Cables
I need a new cable from my modem to my PC, but I don't know what kind I should get. It should be about 25 ft or bigger.
I found this, but I don't know nothin 'bout them darn cables:

If you see any here that you'd recommend, or if you know of any that are better, that'd be great to know about. The internet cable and fan are probably the ones I'll get first, after my HDD.

Yagh... I wouldn't even look at those monitors until you get a decent graphics card. Your talking about upping your resolution when your system is having a little trouble with your current settings. FYI the 6770's are going to be branded 6870 shifting the numbering system up by one. With this in mind you should be able to pick up a 5850 on the cheap here fairly soon.

Have people actually started using cat6? I was always of the impression the standard was never going to be used.

so.... should I get this as an upgrade for my shit cable I stole..erm.... I mean... borrowed.... from my shit school?

Not going to change anything. cat6 has an extra wire for streaming on a lan but your not actually going to use that bandwidth with your router or modem.
